ProAir is the largest provider of professional projection solutions across Mexico, with over two decades of experience supporting major film festivals such as the Guadalajara International Film Festival (FICG), FICUNAM, and Ambulante. As the company evolved, its brand and digital presence no longer reflected its industry leadership, creating the need for a comprehensive brand and digital refresh to support growth and digital acquisition.

ProAir is a leading outdoor cinema technology provider in Mexico, but its website functioned as a static portfolio with unclear services, duplicated content, and no defined conversion paths.


Users struggled to understand offerings or how to hire ProAir, forcing the company to rely on social media and offline sales. This limited digital scalability and inbound demand capture in a growing experiential events market.

Reframe the website as a B2B acquisition tool that helps event organizers and institutions discover, evaluate, and request projection solutions.

1. Restructure Information Architecture

The information architecture was restructured to move from fragmented navigation and duplicated content to a service-based structure with use-case-driven navigation, reducing cognitive load and enabling faster service discovery for potential clients.

2. Conversion-Focused Homepage
The homepage was redesigned to surface key credibility signals and highlight the most in-demand projection products and services above the fold, while introducing clear CTAs for inquiries. This improved user trust, clarified offerings at a glance, and increased lead intent.


3. Scalable Web Design System

To support future growth, I designed a modular web design system with reusable components for services, case studies, and content blocks. This system enabled rapid updates without redesign, improved consistency across touchpoints, and increased scalability for ongoing digital expansion.
